Depression has become a common and long-term phenomenon among college students.

77% of depressed students believe that their depression stems from interpersonal relationships, which is evident during their freshman-year enrollment. Before entering university,

many people's living environment was relatively closed and single. Everyone is on the front line of school and home every day, and at most, they go out to attend tutoring classes, with less contact with society.

But universities are different. That is the first environment we encounter that is closest to the real social system, requiring students to form intersections and communicate with more people. Even in many institutional organizations of universities, classes have formed as clearly as social organizations. Students are not only students but also people who control their own lives. If you can't switch roles promptly, it's easy to not blend in.

The impact of a student's growth environment is also unavoidable.

69% of depressed students believe that depression stems from family relationships, while 63% feel that they experience strictness/control, neglect/lack of care, and conflict/domestic violence within the family。

When students who are suffering from depression recount their growth experiences, they feel that they have never received pure love from their parents。

It seems that everything they provided, those good, those love, those cherish and care, was built on certain premises, requiring oneself to first give excellent results and obedient performance as an exchange.

Over time, she felt that it was not her parents' children, but just a showcase of their works to the public.

My emotions have not received attention, only performance is the only measure. Good is natural, bad is unforgivable.
